Early SA Dagger by "Malsch & Ambronn-Steinbach"
A great early example SA dgr with all nickel fittings, uncleaned with an excellent age patina throughout; blade motto is deeply etched and still dark with reverse of blade having rare "Malsch & Ambronn-Steinbach" logo of a man at a water pump; blade retains most of its cross grain, has some runner marks and scratchs to bottom edge; Grips and cross guard fit PERFECTLY and shown NO sign of ever having been taken down; lower cross guard is stamped I over Sa; nickel eagle and enamel SA insignia fit perfect into smooth reddish wood grips; early anodized scabbard retains 99% of its finish with some minor spotting; ball tip is undented and perfect with scabbard fittings matching grip perfectly; all screws are untampered with as well; scabbard retains its original leather hanger with nickel spring-clip marked DRGM & A for Assmann; just a beautiful uncleaned early SA dagger.
