Issue Kriegs overcoat for administrative officer; thick dark blue wool; rank is lieutenant with sewn-in shoulder boards; depot marked in back of collare; all buttons are dated "1941", marked "Kriegsmarine" and maker marked "FLL"type, approximate size is 38US; unique rear belt/button arrangement are rear and double hangers in left waist pocket for naval dagger; no apparent mothing; not named.
