Luftwaffe Generals Flieger Tunic
General der Flieger & Knights Cross Winner Joachim Coeler 1891-1955; Coeler was originally an Imperial Naval officer & pilot with a long, continuous career through both world wars; his military career is well documented & spanned from 1912 as a Seekadett through 1945 as Commanding General of the XIV Flying Corps & General of Transport; His awards are: RK d. EK 12-40, EK1-1914 & 1939, EK2-1914 & 1939 and numerous others; This flieger tunic is a real beauty & is in a good display size of about a US 38-40; blue-ribbed officer quality wool tunic with the usual open collar, waist-cut slash pockets & hidden button front; inside pocket has tailors label of Stecharth-Berlin & named to General Coeler;
