Methods Of Payment

 All prices are in US Dollars ($). Any item may be placed on HOLD via email or by calling (949) 280-9965 any time; Payment or deposit is due within 10 days of ordering.   Failure to fulfill payment or deposit within this time period frees AAA of all obligations. Merchandise is the property of AAA until the Customer has completely paid.  For our International Customers we accept Credit Cards through PayPal & BidPay; other funds via Western Union Transfer, direct Bank transfers and Bank checks; All payments are to be in US$ Dollars.  US Customers may pay with BidPay, PayPal, Postal Money Order, Certified Check, cash via registered mail or Personal Check pending bank clearance.

We have a lay-away-plan on all items over $100 which requires only one-third down with the remainder due within 2 Months (60 Days). Down payment is non-refundable. Please E-mail for more details.  We will consider any trades you might have, please call or email with any items you have to trade. We offer no promise to accept trades, but they will be considered as long as they are un-tampered with ORIGINALS -no reproductions of any kind will be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse any item in doubt.                                                                         

Shipping

Most items are shipped within 24 hours of receipt of payment. Purchaser pays all shipping costs. US shipping is by USPS, UPS or FedEx. Insurance will be an extra charge and is recommended. If you choose not to insure, AAA will not be held responsible for loses with any carrier. Any claims for lost/damaged shipments to be made through the shipping carrier only. International Customers are responsible for all customs fees and duty charges. We recommend USPS Exrpress Mail with tracking for most items; Firearms will be shipped within the US only and only upon receipt by AAA of a valid Federal Firearms License.

Buying & Consignments

We are generally interested in purchasing all types of vintage militaria, antiques & collectibles. If you have any items to sell, especially if you originally purchased them from us, please let us know. We also accept consignments. Our customers are always looking for original militaria, antiques & collectibles.  AAA has customers in 22 countries who are always looking for good original material. You set the price and we do all the work for you. If you need help in pricing items, please contact us.  AAA charges a flat 12% commission on all sold lots. Only original, vintage items will be accepted for sale to our customers.  We reserve the right to refuse any item in doubt.  All items should conform to known original examples and known methods of period manufacture. Return Policy

All of our military items are original to the period described. All other items we offer are vintage as described. AAA offers a money back guarantee on all items we sell.  Returns will not be accepted if an item does not fit! Items are sold purely as collectibles & investments. Should you decide to return any merchandise it must be returned within Seven (7) days after you receive the order for a full refund or credit less shipping and insurance. After the Seven (7) days, no returns will be accepted without prior arrangement for credit towards any another item. All returned items must be received in the same condition in which they were sent. Tampering with the item, cleaning of edged weapons or medals, removal of insignia, disassembly or removal of accoutrements will void our return policy. Customer is responsible for shipping and insurance charges for returned items. Any returned items must be fully insured. No exceptions.
